Dustless sanding machinery
In most cases - depending on your floor type the process will be almost dust free; we use state of the art sanding technology too ensure that the minimum of dust is produced from the process; additionally we always carryout a good clean up of the areas after completion of the works
Minimum disruption to the use of the Hall
We know the constraints of temporarily closing your hall and the effect this has on its users that will be disrupted by the hall floor being out of use for a short while, and not to mention the loss of income to the building!
To minimise disruption we will staff your works efficiently and use modern and efficient machinery thus ensuring that the works are completed without any unnecessary delay.
Also we provide a night time working service whereby the floor works can be staged over consecutive nights and only minor inconvenience to the users of the Hall.
Full aftercare service
As part of our service we will inspect your floor annually for wear so that when the time comes to re coat we can do this for you and without the need to ‘deep’ sand again; re coating of the floor is far more economic and preserves the integrity of the wood ; additionally we can offer any advice on the general floor care etc.

Restoration of an old Victorian pine hall floor in Wantage
Before

This Victorian pine floor was very badly neglected and causing a Health and safety risk to its users with the risk of splinters and foot trips .The main users of the Hall were boy scouts who also had problems judging their Badminton shots! The floor was used during the 2nd world war to store artillery and army vehicles.
Boards are warped and damaged; large gaps and holes in the floor; nails are protruding and the wood is splintering.
